2020 Important Dates:

  • March 13: First ACH debit made from Troop Bank Account

  • March 28: Review Smart Cookies for final balance due

  • March 29: Last Day of Cookie Sales

  • April 4: Rewards order due

  • April 4: Expert Entrepreneur Patch Program Charms deadline

  • April 8: Finance/Inventory Issue forms due

  • April 8: Deposit remaining money in troop account

  • April 20: Cookie Credits Distributed

  • April 22: Second (final) ACH debit made from troop bank account

  • Mid-May: Pick up rewards from service unit cookie manager

  • Month of May: Distribute rewards to the girls

  • May 16: Dream Team Event

  • June 11: Super Seller Event
